Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

We do not accept returns on the following:

Sale or clearance items

Intimate or hygienic products

Items marked as “final sale”
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at admin@xsierrashop.info with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide instructions on where to send your return. Do not send your item back without prior approval.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Contact your payment provider—it may take time before your refund is officially posted
